23 Aug Siviero on tour with the Budapest Chamber Orchestra performing Mendelssohn and Haydn
The first performance, in São Paulo, contemplated the Mendelssohn double concerto. Emmanuele Baldini was the violin soloist
The musical chemistry in between the pianist Alvaro Siviero and the Budapest Chamber Orchestra is unmistakable. In this concert, performed in Sao Paulo at the IICS-Instituto Internacional de Ciências Sociais Concert Hall, Siviero, the BCO and Emmanuele Baldini – spalla of OSESP – performed the wonderful double concerto by Mendelssohn.
Gabor Fenyo, conductor of the BCO, came exclusively to conduct this performance. Everyone who could attend were astonished by the technical difficulty and the sinchronicity of the soloists. It was a memorable evening. Siviero and the BCO follow on tour to Florianopolis and Santiago, performing Haydn Piano Concerto.
Bon voyage!
